We agree on the scope before work starts. You provide accurate information and needed access. After full payment, you own the deliverables created for your project. We do not lock you into proprietary systems, and your accounts, domain, and data stay under your control.
1. Agreement
By using Bahir.ai's services or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.
2. Services
Bahir.ai provides practical setup services for small businesses. This may include website design, customer assistant configuration, business email setup, file organization, and related workspace support. The scope of work for each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Payment
Pricing is confirmed before work begins. Payment terms are agreed per project. Bahir.ai may pause or stop work if payment is not received according to the agreed schedule. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and access required to complete the work. Delays caused by missing content or access are not the responsibility of Bahir.ai. Clients own their domain, accounts, and data throughout the engagement.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables produced for their project. Bahir.ai may reference completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. No Lock-In
Bahir.ai does not lock clients into proprietary systems. Accounts, domains, and access credentials are registered in the client's name when possible and handed over upon project completion. Clients are free to manage, transfer, or modify their setup at any time.
7. Customer Assistant
If a customer assistant is included, it is configured using information approved by the client. It is meant to answer common business questions and guide visitors. It should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other high-risk advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bahir.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Bahir.ai does not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or customer growth.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Work completed to date will be billed proportionally. Bahir.ai will provide files and access that belong to the client upon termination.
10. Changes to These Terms
Bahir.ai may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
